This award recognises operators who provide excellent guest experiences for disabled customers and those with a range of accessibility requirements and are clearly communicating their accessibility credentials.

The winner will be an individual hotel, pub, restaurant, foodservice contract or other hospitality operation offering equitable experiences to customers with and without health conditions, impairments and accessibility requirements. The winner may have also undertaken initiatives around inclusive recruitment, employment and the disabled staff experience. This category is not open to groups but is open to an individual establishment within a group.
