When George, Belazu’s co-founder, took a trip to see his mum in Provence in 1991, he rolled back off the ferry with a van full of fresh olives and a big dream. 30 years on, Belazu is a trusted and much-loved pioneer for Mediterranean and Middle Eastern ingredients. Belazu’s team work tirelessly with their longstanding suppliers, customers, and chef friends to find full-of-life, restaurant-quality ingredients that are ahead of the curve. The range includes the original selection of olives along with pestos, pastes, antipasti, olive oils, vinegars and nuts. Belazu’s small-batch manufacturing site located in West London has a neighbouring distribution centre for daily restaurant deliveries.
