Creating an account

To create an account, visit the login page and complete the form on the right-hand side of the page. All that will be required is a first name, last name, email address and password.

When you have agreed to the terms and conditions and submitted your details, you will receive an activation email from one of our event team members with a link to activate your account.

There are two main reasons for this. Ensure all the details you have entered are correct and the two passwords match.

It could also be possible that you have an existing account. Try to log in or contact a member of the team and they will be able to assist you.

First check your junk email for an email from helen.bush@jacobsmediagroup.com If you do not have this email in your inbox, there is a chance you have entered your email address incorrectly. Please contact us and we will be able to assist you.

Logging in

To log in, enter the email address you registered your account with and the password. We recommend checking the “Remember email” box as your email address will be remembered for any other Jacobs Media Group event website.

Click the “Forgot password” link, enter your email address and you will receive an email from our team with a reset link. If you do not receive an email, including in your junk, please contact us.

Checkout

The checkout system works in a two or three step process, depending on whether you are buying a ticket or submitting a nomination:

  1. Basket
  2. Invoice details (if buying tickets)
  3. Summary & Payment

Products will remain in the basket until they have been completed and you have pressed "continue". Also if they are intentionally saved for later, even if you close your browser or log off.

Scroll below your existing basket items and select an item from the drop-down menu, select the desired quantity of items in the drop down next to the “Add Selected” button then click “Add Selected”. These new products will now be in your basket and you will need to fill out any required information.

Once you’ve filled all the necessary fields for your basket item or items, scroll below the Basket Summary, accept the Terms and Conditions then click “Continue”. You will proceed to the Personal Details form.

If you have missed any required fields, you will remain on the page and the missed fields will be highlighted in red

If you start an awards nomination or event booking but wish to complete it at a later date, click the blue “Save for later” button. Your nomination or booking will then be found in “Saved Items” under the “Entries/Tickets” tab in the left-hand column.

To finish a Saved Item, go to “Saved Items”, complete the required fields then click the blue “Move to Basket” button next to the product name. Then click “Basket”, scroll down to review your basket summary and then click “Continue” once you have accepted the Terms and Conditions.

If you began a nomination or a ticket booking and didn’t finish it immediately, look at the “Entries/Tickets” tab in the left-hand column.


Any intentionally saved entries or bookings will be found under “Saved Items”.


If you finished Step 1 of the checkout process but have not completed the full checkout process, your nomination or booking will be found in “Awaiting Payment” in the left-hand column. Just click “Awaiting Payment”, then click the green “Complete” button and you will be taken to the last step you reached when you were previously in the Checkout process.


You can also find nominations and bookings under the “Awards” and “Event” tabs respectively in the left-hand column. In both sections, products will be categorised by “Complete”, “Incomplete” and “Basket” entries.


To complete an Incomplete nomination/booking:

• Click “Edit” – here you will be able to make any changes to your nomination/booking. If you make changes, click “Save” at the bottom of the form. You will be automatically taken to the “Summary” tab.

•If you do not need to edit your nomination/booking, click the “Summary” tab.

• Click “Complete” and you will need to complete the checkout process from where you were previously.


To complete a basket nomination/booking:

• Click “Edit”.

• You will be returned to the Basket where you will need to complete all required fields and continue the checkout process. 

We use Worldpay for card transactions. If you have left the transaction page to complete a card transaction and encounter issues, you will need to contact your card provider.

If you remain on the checkout page, this could indicate an issue with Worldpay. We recommend payment by invoice or trying again later as this is out of our control. If you are unsure of the issue with the payment please contact us.
